12 Days of Fitness: Day 11

Happy Day 11 of the 12 Days of Fitness! Today’s workout is a Full Body circuit that can be done at home or at the gym. These exercises can be performed with body weight or dumbbells. Try holding a weight in each hand for the walking lunges. You can also hold a heavy weight at your chest for squats.
12 Days of Fitness
Complete 12 Reps of each for a total of 4 sets. This circuit helps to build lean muscle and burn calories. It takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish. As always, be sure to warmup before to get the blood flowing and body ready for activity. Stretch afterwards for better flexibility and to cool the body down. Merry Fitness!
