12 Days of Fitness: Day 10

Welcome to Day 10 of the 12 Days of Fitness! Today’s workout will kick your butt (in a good way). This Kickboxing circuit combines quick and fun movements to get your heart rate up and jump start your metabolism.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds then move to the next one.  Once you finish the first round, rest then repeat up to 4 rounds. The moves are fast but effective at fatiguing the muscles and challenging your endurance. I like doing High Intensity Circuits like this when I’m in need of a quick but powerful workout. This circuit is also great for stress relief.  Give it a try and as always, Merry Fitness!
