Welcome to Stay At Home Fitness CLT, a unique fitness solution designed exclusively for women in Charlotte, NC (hence the CLT in the name). CLT represents the three areas we coach clients on to get results: Cooking, Living, Training.
Stay At Home Fitness CLT was created by Stephanie Helms, a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. Between her passion for Exercise Science and years of working in fitness, she observed the problems women face when it comes exercise. Working out can be intimidating, challenging and confusing, which is why so many women give up! She wanted to create a fitness solution for women that didn’t require the gym, extreme measures or a lot of time. Since earning her degree in Exercise Science, she has built a foundation that helps women reshape their bodies while they “stay at home”.
In-Home Personal Training requires the trainer to come to the client’s home and coach them through a personalized exercise session. Stephanie carefully gets to know each client and ensures their workout program fits their body type, goals, and lifestyle.

We also prioritize wellness through our one-on-one Health Coaching. This personalized service goes beyond fitness and targets Healthy Behaviors, Nutrition, Stress Management, and Positive Habits.
There is always something worth celebrating with our Special Fitness Events. Each event features a group fitness class with music and drinks for a private party of people. The fun takes place in your home and is most popular for Bridal Parties, Girl’s Nights, or Birthday Parties.
