12 Days of Fitness: Day 1

Happy December 1st! Follow along the next 2 weeks for 12 Days of Fitness!! Each day will be a new workout.
 
Day 1: Body Weight Workout (No equipment necessary). *Always begin with a warmup and finish with a cool-down. Start with 1 round then repeat up to 5 rounds in this 30 minute or less workout.
Exercising during the Holidays can be tough. Traveling, shopping, parties and planning can leave no time for a workout. Set aside 30 minutes for a full body workout, like the one listed above. Stay At Home Fitness CLT focuses on saving time and making exercise feasible, especially during the Holidays. With this full body workout you are sure to break a sweat, and feel better.
